Bree joined Micro-X as its head legal counsel in January 2019, and has over 15 years’ experience in global senior legal positions spanning the private and public sphere, and across the technology, finance, energy, construction, manufacturing and international arbitration sectors.
Prior to joining Micro-X, Bree worked as in-house corporate counsel at a trading house in Tokyo and global financial institution in Singapore; for a multinational law firm in Paris and Sydney; and for the United Nations in Cambodia and Denmark. Throughout her time, Bree has developed specialised expertise in complex cross-border transactions, international and domestic disputes and regulatory investigations.
Educated in Sydney and Paris, Bree is licensed as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW.
