Peter has over 15 years’ experience working in scattering physics, imaging instrumentation and electronics. His PhD and post-doctoral research focused on developing combined computational and experimental characterization methods using x-ray and neutron scattering techniques and was conducted with collaborators and facilities in the US, UK, France and Australia. He has 15 peer-reviewed publications with collaborators across the world applying these techniques to wide-ranging ranging problems from thermodynamics of frustrated systems to structural biology. Most recently he was R&D Engineering Manager at Lexmark International leading a multi-disciplinary team of scientists, engineers and technicians through multiple new product launches. He has experience in A3, Lean Six-Sigma and Change Management and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and in Lean Manufacturing (CLM).
