Thomas joins Micro-X in 2020 as a software engineer having graduated from Flinders University with dual First Class (Hons) in Software Engineering and Biomedical Engineering, including the award of a University Medal.
In 2018 Thomas completed a 20 week work integrated learning placement at Micro-X. He remained working part time to complete his honours thesis by developing and testing a physical prototype and 3D reconstruction software for the Micro-X Brain CT concept. He has also applied his skills to support development for the Mobile Baggage Scanner and Mobile Backscatter Imager.
Thomas aims to further his skills in software development, with a strong focus on computed tomography.
