Tennille brings over 20 years of marketing experience, working across a diverse range of industries helping to drive the development and growth of business units through marketing strategy.

She has worked in a number of key marketing roles within multi-nationals and SMEs in Australia and international markets. Her experience includes automotive, optical, agriculture, banking and defence, she has worked with Ford Motor Company, Sola Optical (now Carl Zeiss Vision), Elders Limited and REDARC Electronics.

Tennille holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing.
