Micro-X’s products and vision to push beyond boundaries inspired me to join the company. When I was three years old, my father was diagnosed with cancer, and we had to travel to another city for his CT scans. I feel incredibly proud to be working on a product that helps save lives.
Every day at Micro-X is different. People work as a team, and senior management are always approachable for discussions, problem-solving, and listening to new ideas. Daily and open communication, motivation, equality, and an exciting lineup of new products encourage me to be innovative and creative in my role.
The culture at Micro-X is friendly and welcoming. We work without unnecessary stress, and everyone is treated equally. There is mutual respect for different traditions. Monthly BBQs, celebrating achievements, and observing different festivals help bring the team together.
When I first joined Micro-X, an electronics intern mentioned that she had never seen a female senior electronics engineer before. I told her, "Girls are not just for cooking, looking beautiful, or doing soft tasks. We can also design PCBs and even blow things up!" Micro-X provides opportunities for women in engineering, and I’m proud to be the first female senior electronics engineer here.
I consider myself lucky to have worked across multiple projects, including MBS, TOMO, Rover, and Argus. Collaborating with different teams has significantly expanded my knowledge of various products and processes, making me more flexible in my work.
Every day at Micro-X is full of new challenges and surprises—it’s like a roller coaster! The experience is exciting, the people are great to work with, and the company offers flexible policies and a good work-life balance. If you love new technology and enjoy learning, Micro-X is the best place to be.
