Derek has over 20 years of experience in the global automotive manufacturing industry with the past 15 years spent in varying leadership and management roles. He held multiple positions in his time with General Motors Holden Ltd including roles ranging from Team Leader, Production Leader and New Model Launch Manager. To accompany his vast array of manufacturing systems knowledge including work health and safety practices, lean manufacturing and quality management Derek has numerous qualifications in Management, including a Diploma of Business Management.
