Jon has over 30 years experience across many areas of manufacturing and assembly industries.
Working in the UK for JCB Excavators holding many roles within Manufacturing and assembly working in the UK and USA covering assembly line management, new product introduction, research, lean manufacturing and Quality.
Emigrating to South Australia in 2011 this experience has been applied into industries with several roles in diverse arenas such as defence – ASC, Thales-Bendigo, Energy generation – Siemens, boutique food – Maggie Beer, after market vehicle accessories – Flexiglass, Pre-Clinical Medical research – Somark Innovations, high precision engineering – Levett Engineering and now with Micro-X since August 2020 as Process Engineering Lead working on improvements to existing processes along with developing and planning new processes for the forthcoming products to enable the strategic growth of the business.
