Shane has over 25 years of experience in product development within the Automotive and Defence sectors. He has worked with a number of organisations including Ford, Thales and Motherson and has considerable experience leading global projects and teams. As well as Australia, Shane has also worked in India building and developing the technical capabilities of an engineering department.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mech) and a Diploma in Project Management.
